Site Resolution Management Services
- High level appraisal of development in conjunction with clients and other stakeholders including local authority
- Secure development and identify health and safety issues to be immediately addressed
- Devise site resolution strategy incorporating financial, risk, development appraisal and bond recovery where applicable
- Negotiate with the council the extent of completion works required to satisfy the council’s requirements and develop a bond release agreement for approval.
- Negotiate a scope of work package for completion and agree approval for funding
- Prepare and issued out a tender package of the works and appoint a construction contractor for completion of same
- Project and cost manage the completion works in accordance with the taking in charge standards within a defined timeframe
- Following the council satisfaction of the completed works and technical information provided, ensure bond release agreement is executed by the
- Local Authority in conjunction with estate being taken in charge.
