Our service starts with the development of a detailed brief that reflects the client’s requirements. During this process we strive to understand our client’s core business, the functionality required within the building they will own, occupy, extend or renovate and the budget available for the project.
When we are appointed to projects, we use our experience and insight to identify financial risks, strategic options to mitigate these risks, opportunities to value engineer, attain cost reductions and add value.
We will engage a design team appropriate for the project or adapt to a client’s existing design
team, where appropriate.
McCarthy & Associates will manage all aspects of the project including planning, architectural, structural, building energy rating, health & safety, mechanical and electrical engineering design process in a manner that fully delivers on the clients brief and budget.
We will provide advice on contract procedures; offer contract options most appropriate for the project and provide benchmarking against similar projects.
Once the designs are signed off by the client, we will manage the tendering and construction process, always ensuring that the clients obtain the design and functionality they require at the most competitive cost and within the programme agreed.
